Video Production Specialist

Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, a Division I and Big Ten Conference Institution, is seeking candidates for the position of Video Coordinator. Primary responsibilities include:

Producing, directing, and coordinating live streams and live video board events in our sports venues.
Providing assistance to video directors/coordinators for video board and live streaming productions.
Producer of athletic video content for live streams and LED display playback.
Oversee the basic maintenance, regularly scheduled software updates and simple repairs to production equipment.
Supervise/manage/train/recruit up to 75 part-time employees and production interns.

Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of sports directing, associate producing, associate directing, basic video engineering, technical directing, camera operations, video operations, and graphic operations is preferred.

This position will require successful completion of standard background checks.
