Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance (Compliance Specialist 4)

The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for the job of Assistant Director of Athletics Compliance within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. This full-time position will report to the Associate Athletic Director for Athletics Compliance and assist with the daily operations of the Athletics Compliance Office.

The successful candidate will work with all aspects of the compliance operation but will have specific responsibilities in student-athlete eligibility, supervision of selected staff members, waiver requests, and NCAA reporting, while also serving as the Department's liaison to the Office of Admissions, Global Programs, and the Office of the University Registrar.

Typically requires a bachelor's Degree or higher six years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicants should have at least five years of experience working in a Division I compliance operation. A Master's Degree or Juris Doctorate is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the areas of technology, presentation skills, and professional writing.
