The Baseball Operations Specialist will be responsible for and assist with the following areas within the operations of the Baseball Team. Plan and organize all aspects of travel for the team during the traditional and non-traditional seasons. Responsible for a travel analysis for each trip. Travel with team and coordinate meals, travel, accommodations, practice sites, and any other on the road needs. Plan and organize all aspects of travel for the coaching staff. Plan and organize itineraries for recruits on unofficial and official visits. Assist in hosting recruits during recruiting weekends. Assist in marketing and promotions of program. Assist with the administration of all camps and clinics. Organize and Manage all equipment and issue gear. Manage all social media for the program. Video at team practice and functions for possible highlight video or social media usage. Assist in all Alumni relations. Record games and practices and manage video analysis system. Organize team dinners and special events. Assist in managing relations with Benefactors. Assist in scheduling and contracting for home and away contests. Organize Post Season Housing and Per Diem. Assist with data analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree required (4 years)
  • At least 2 years of related experience
  • Previous work experience with a Division I Baseball Program preferred
  • Must effectively work in a team environment
  • Must have stellar communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and balance work load
  • Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations a necessity
